**Dough recipice**

- 1000g bead flour
- 20g salt
- 5g yeast
- 750g water



**Proof the dough**

Fold the dough in a circle four times 2x 30 minutes proofing



**Make rolls or bread**

proof for 30 minutes



Heat the oven  200c over and under heat
